Practice Reflective Questioning: During complex problem-solving, periodically ask yourself:
What am I actually trying to achieve right now?
Is my current approach working, or am I hitting a wall?
What is the biggest assumption I am making?
Conduct Post-Project Reviews: When you finish a major milestone, don't just jump to the next thing. Take five minutes to ask: What tripped me up, and how can I bypass that bottleneck next time? Why did I success?
Stop treating your mind like a black box. Treat it like a system to be monitored, debugged, and optimized.
